These Terms govern your use of the PNW Whole Blood Summit website and your registration for the summit hosted by PNW Whole Blood. By using the site or registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Registration & Attendance

  • RSVPs are free but capacity is limited; we may close registration at any time.
  • Registrations are personal and non-transferable without our prior approval.
  • We may refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass site security.
  • Scrape, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages through any form on the site.
  • Use the site or summit content to harass, defame, or harm others.

4. Educational Content — Not Medical Advice

Summit content is provided for professional education and discussion only. It is not medical advice and does not replace clinical judgment, agency protocols, or applicable law. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating provider.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and the summit program are owned by PNW Whole Blood or its contributors. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Redistribution of recorded sessions or slides requires written permission.

6. Photography & Recording

The summit may be photographed or recorded. By attending you grant PNW Whole Blood a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your image in summit-related materials. Tell staff on-site if you prefer not to be photographed.

7. Disclaimers

The site and summit are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNW Whole Blood disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNW Whole Blood and its organizers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the summit.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
